 We operate a marketplace that allow merchants to list items and users to find and purchase items, often at a discount from retail prices. We collect and use purchaser and merchant information, including for payment methods and shipping address, to support these experiences. We also use information to find items that we think will be of interest to buyers and to find the right price for each item. Hence, enhance the shopping experience.

By accepting of using or accepting of accessing the Services, you hereby acknowledge that we will collect, use, and share your information as described in this Privacy Policy. As a user, you have the right to choose about whether to provide us with information and how we use that information. You may choose not to provide us with information, but your choice(s) may prevent you from using the Services or limit your use of certain features. For example, if you do not provide us with a payment method, you may not be able to make purchases.

 D.     Analytics, Advertising & Technical Data

 Analytics – We use the most trusted source being Google Analytics or other trusted providers to understand better how individuals and their devices interact with the Services. Learn more about How Google uses data when you visit a partner site or app.

 Cookies & Related Technologies. We may use cookies or related technologies to store or collect information ("Cookies”). Cookies can help us learn more about your online behaviour and activity including on other sites or services which will eventually help us better understand our users and guarantee best shopping experience.

 Ads for Products and Services. RiverSide Inc may use services like Facebook to serve tailored ads to you about RiverSide Inc products and/or products that we are developing. Also, third parties products and services may be allowed for the delivery of products and services. We allow ad networks and other participants in the online advertising sector ("hereby referred to as Advertisers”) to use and access their own Cookies on your PC(s) and other devices(s) you use to access our Services. They may also access and use unique devices identifiers such as IFDA

 For example:

 o   We may deliver a file to you through the Services (known as a "web beacon") from an ad network. Web beacons allow ad networks to provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for us and for advertisers. Web beacons also enable ad networks to serve targeted advertisements to you when you visit other websites. We do not have access to Cookies placed or read by Advertisers, and this Privacy Policy does not govern the use of those cookies and related technologies. See the Choice information in Section 7 for more information.

Third-Party Content, Links, or Plug-Ins.

 o   In some cases, the Service may have links to third-party websites and/or apps which may have their own privacy policy different from ours. We are hereby not responsible for the practices of such websites.

 o   The Services may provide you with the opportunity to interact with social plugins from different and other social media websites. This interaction may result in receiving  certain data from and/or about you. In some cases, we may know that you clicked on other social media plugin, such as Facebook and/or Instagram and/or Twitter Follow button or receive other information from the social media websites and/or apps. Same apply if you in a previous case have provided personal information to third-party operating a plug-in on the Service, then the said third party may recognize you on the Services. As aforementioned, your personal use of other social media plug-ins is basically subject to each social media site’s privacy policy which may be different than our privacy policy. We hereby encourage you to read their privacy policy delicately in order to understand their policies and your options. As with linked sites, we have no no control over the information that is collected, stored, or used by social network plugins, and are not responsible for the practices of such sites.

 o   D. Other Sources – We may gather information that are of demographic and statistical nature from third parties, such as business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts. The use of such information is to supplement the other information that we collect in order to stem your interests and enhance your relevant experiences within the Services and improve our product recommendation, analytics and advertising.

 2. How We Use Information & Lawful Bases

 The information we collect is used and sored to provide the Services and/or to fix the Services and/or enhance the Services and/or to develop new services and/or to better market our company and the products and services. Some of the examples of use of your information are as follwos:

-        Communicate with you - using email, sms, push notifications or platform messaging like WhatsApp about your account or activity or to market product listings, features, or events;

3. Location of Data Processing – 

By using our Services, you hereby acknowledge that all information related to you as a user will be treated as described is this Privacy Policy and in this regard you agree to having your information transferred and/or passed to our affiliates and facilities in Cyprus and elsewhere and/or to facilities of third parties with whom we share such information as described in this Privacy Policy.

 5. Information Sharing

Information collected on you will not be sold and/or rented except as described in this Privacy Policy. You information may be shared as follows:

 -  Service providers and/or Agents: In general, and to insure that we provide you with the utmost outstanding experience, we employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and therefore, we need to share information with them in order for them to perform tasks and services. For example, we may use cloud services to store your data.

 -   Affiliates. Your information may be shared with other companies under the umbrella of RiverSide Inc. The companies may use your information as described under this Privacy Policy. 

 -   Merchants & Users. Information about merchants and users is shared in certain contexts. For example, when a user makes a successful purchase using the Service, we share information needed to fulfil the purchase order such as shipping address and phone number.

-        Advertisers. We will allow advertisers including merchant, to choose the types of audience which they will show their promotional products to based on demographic information.

With Other Users: The information which any user may disclose on the Services, Blogs, Messaging Boards, Chat Rooms, or on the public areas of the Service or third-party websites or apps that the Services may be linked to, becomes public information and we hereby encourage you to exercise utmost caution when disclosing your personal information on the aforementioned public areas. Please remember that any content you upload on your public profile and/or comments and/or you send messages and/or images and/or videos that are of a voluntary nature will eventually become a public and may be collected by third party. In addition to the aforementioned, when you sign through third party network, like Facebook, on the Services, your lists of friends from that site or service may be automatically imported to the Services and such friends list imported from third party service, like Facebook, may also be able to view non-public information of yours.

 Business Transfers: should we decide on buying and/or selling assets, this may result in share or transfer of information, including your personal information. In addition, if in any case, our assets gets acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, our user information which has been saved on our Services could be one of the assets transferred to our acquired by a third party.

 Legal Requirements, Protection of Salahef and Others: we reserve our right to access, read, preserve and disclose and information that we in good faith believe it is necessary to comply with Laws and Regulations and/or Courts Order. We may share your information in other ways if you have asked us to do so or have given consent.

 Security: Users accounts are protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you choose to access your account using third party access service, like Facebook, , you may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. We encourage you as a user to choose an appropriate and limit access to the devices on which you access your account. 

 Access, Review, Correct – As a user, you can access your account "Sittings” edit and/or delete information you’ve provided to us, including:

-        Physical Address;

-        Location;

-        Phone Number;

-        Gender;

-        Billing Information;

Cookies, Analytics & Ads

o   You may be able to opt-out of certain web beacon tracking and other Cookie activity by adjusting the settings on your browser, including Do Not Track settings.

o   For your mobile devices, please read your operating system’s instructions for complete instructions.

o   iOS 7 or Higher: Go to your Settings > Select Privacy > Select Advertising > Enable the "Limit Ad Tracking” setting

o   For Android devices with OS 2.2 or higher and Google Play Services version 4.0 or higher: Open your Google Settings app > Ads > Enable "Opt out of interest-based advertising”

Deactivate Account - You may request deactivation of your account by clicking on "Deactivate Account" in your "Settings" and following the steps provided.
