We operate a marketplace that allow merchants to list items and users to find and purchase items, often at a discount from retail prices. We collect and use purchaser and merchant information, including for payment methods and shipping address, to support these experiences. We also use information to find items that we think will be of interest to buyers and to find the right price for each item. Hence, enhance the shopping experience.

Ads for Products and Services. RiverSide Inc may use services like Facebook to serve tailored ads to you about RiverSide Inc products and/or products that we are developing. Also, third parties products and services may be allowed for the delivery of products and services. We allow ad networks and other participants in the online advertising sector ("hereby referred to as Advertisers”) to use and access their own Cookies on your PC(s) and other devices(s) you use to access our Services. They may also access and use unique devices identifiers such as IFDA

Please remember that any content you upload on your public profile and/or comments and/or you send messages and/or images and/or videos that are of a voluntary nature will eventually become a public and may be collected by third party. In addition to the aforementioned, when you sign through third party network, like Facebook, on the Services, your lists of friends from that site or service may be automatically imported to the Services and such friends list imported from third party service, like Facebook, may also be able to view non-public information of yours.
Business Transfers: should we decide on buying and/or selling assets, this may result in share or transfer of information, including your personal information. In addition, if in any case, our assets gets acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, our user information which has been saved on our Services could be one of the assets transferred to our acquired by a third party.
Legal Requirements, Protection of Salahef and Others: we reserve our right to access, read, preserve and disclose and information that we in good faith believe it is necessary to comply with Laws and Regulations and/or Courts Order.
